Legal information
Version dated 12 June 2026. This document combines the terms of service, the personal data policy and the accessibility statement of the Landing «A la carte» service.
1. General information about the operator
The Landing «A la carte» service (the "Service") is operated by Kharchenko Agency, Israel (the "Operator").
Legal address: 55 Mordechai Anielewicz St., Akko, Israel.
Contact e-mail for legally significant communications: info@kharchenko.agency.
2. Terms of service (public offer)
The Service automatically creates (generates using artificial-intelligence technology) and publishes a one-page website (a "landing page") based on the information the client provides in the brief form.
The service is provided as a yearly subscription. Current plans, as well as the cost of additional services and optional add-ons, are indicated on the Service website.
By placing an order and making payment, the client confirms having read and accepted this document in full, and confirms the accuracy of the information provided in the brief and the client's rights to the submitted materials (texts, logo, images).
Prices are stated in new Israeli shekels (₪). The Operator reserves the right to change the plans; however, such changes do not affect a period already paid for by the client.
3. Payment, renewal and term
Payments are processed by the payment provider Allpay. The Operator does not receive or store bank card details.
The subscription is valid for 12 months. Before it expires, the Operator sends a renewal reminder to the e-mail address given in the order.
There is no automatic billing. Renewal requires a manual payment by the client for the next year. If the subscription is not renewed, hosting of the landing page ends when the paid period expires.
4. Cancellation and refunds
The service is digital and is performed immediately: automatic generation of the landing page starts right after the payment is confirmed. By paying, the client gives explicit consent to the immediate start of the service.
The landing page is a digital product custom-made specifically for the client. Under the Consumer Protection Law, the right to cancel a transaction does not apply to custom-made goods/services once production has started, and no refund is provided.
This section applies to the extent that it does not conflict with the mandatory provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981).
5. Personal data policy
The Operator processes the data the client provides in the brief and the order: contact details (e-mail, phone), business information, uploaded materials (logo, images), and the technical data required for the Service to operate.
Processing purposes: creating and hosting the landing page, performing the contract, contacting the client about the order and subscription renewal, and complying with legal requirements.
Disclosure to third parties
Data is processed using third-party services (cloud hosting, payment gateways, e-mail providers, and artificial intelligence APIs) to the extent necessary to provide the service.
Provider servers may be located outside the State of Israel (USA, EU). The client gives explicit consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of their data abroad for the purpose of providing the service.
Information entered in the brief is intended for publication on the client's landing page. Do not include information in the brief that must not become public.
Retention and client rights
Data is kept for the duration of the subscription and for up to 12 months after it ends, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
The client may request access to, correction or deletion of their data by writing to info@kharchenko.agency. Requests are handled within 30 calendar days.
Processing is carried out in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law (חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981), including Amendment 13.
6. AI-generated content
The landing page content (texts, structure, design) and its legal page are generated by an artificial-intelligence system based on the client's brief.
After payment, the Service generates the landing page texts and sends them to the client for review and approval before publication. The client may submit edits. If within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the notification the client does not approve the texts or send edits, the texts are deemed approved and the landing page is published automatically. The client may opt out of the approval step in advance by choosing automatic publication when placing the order.
The Operator does not guarantee the factual accuracy of the generated wording. The client must review the landing page content after publication.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the published information, its compliance with the law (including advertising and industry-specific requirements) and the rights to the materials used.
The Operator may suspend hosting of a landing page whose content violates the law or the rights of third parties.
7. Accessibility statement (הצהרת נגישות)
The Service's pages and the landing pages it creates are built with the requirements of WCAG 2.0 level AA and the Israeli standard IS 5568 in mind, as well as Israeli legislation on the accessibility of services and web content for people with disabilities.
As the business holds the status of an Exempt Dealer (Osek Patur / עוסק פטור), it is legally exempt from the obligation to appoint an Accessibility Coordinator. However, if any element is difficult to use, you may contact us for assistance: info@kharchenko.agency.
Please include in your request:
- the address (URL) of the page where the problem occurs
- a short description of the difficulty
- if possible — the device and browser you are using
Accessibility requests are handled within 30 calendar days of receipt.
8. Governing law and changes
This document is governed by the law of the State of Israel. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Israel.
The Operator may update this document; the current version is always available on this page, with the version date stated at the top. Changes do not worsen the terms of a period already paid for.
